Care for patientsonan 18-bed inpatient ward, 55 bed newborn nursery, and outpatient acute care clinic.
Provide educational conferences for residents, faculty, and students to include grand rounds, journal clubs, noon conferences, medical student lectures, board reviewsessionsand others.
Mentor medical students, APPs, PHMfellowsand residents.
Provide clinical supervision for students and residents in the 3 clinical venues above.
Encourage and support residents in scholarly activities including abstract submission, poster presentation, oralpresentationand case report publication.
Establish andmaintainan environment of inquiry and scholarship.
Participate in assigned committee work including quality improvement, peer review, medicaleducationorothers.
Work as a part of the larger team to improve access, reducecost, improvequalityand promote efficiency and better health outcomes.
Ensuretimelyand complete documentation.
