Factory Controller
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Job Type: Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced Factory Controller to support manufacturing finance, cost accounting, inventory management, and financial reporting. This role will work closely with production, engineering, supply chain, and operations teams to improve cost efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage standard costing for materials, labor, and overhead
- Perform manufacturing cost and variance analysis
- Analyze COGM, COGS, and gross margins
- Manage inventory valuation, WIP, raw materials, and finished goods
- Review BOMs and routing data for costing accuracy
- Support month-end and year-end close
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, cost reports, KPIs, and dashboards
- Identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities
- Support ERP enhancements and cost accounting systems
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3–7 years of progressive cost accounting experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- CPA preferred
