This role supports both the technical and general upkeep of the property, ensuring all systems and equipment operate efficiently to provide a safe, enjoyable experience for guests and team members.ResponsibilitiesPerform maintenance and repair tasks as directed by the Facilities Manager or SupervisorMaintain the condition and functionality of entertainment, gaming, and event spacesConduct minor repairs on plumbing, electrical, and general facility systemsInspect and maintain building grounds, lawns, and sprinkler systemsMaintain proper inventory levels of tools, supplies, and replacement partsTroubleshoot, install, and repair technology equipment including PCs, servers, printers, and AV systemsAssist with software/hardware setup and ensure smooth operation of connected systemsUphold all safety, health, and environmental policies and proceduresCommunicate clearly and professionally with managers, staff, and guests regarding maintenance needsPerform other duties as assigned by managementQualificationsMinimum one year of experience in facilities maintenance, technical repair, or a related fieldStrong knowledge of basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systemsProficient with computers, software/hardware installations, and general troubleshootingStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to prioritize and complete multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environmentMust be comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditionsAbility to lift and move up to 50 pounds without assistanceFlexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidaysHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredWorking ConditionsActive, hands-on role requiring frequent standing, walking, bending, and liftingExposure to varying indoor and outdoor environments, including heat, cold, and inclement weatherRequires use of tools, ladders, and light machinery in compliance with safety protocolsOccasional exposure to loud noises or confined spaces depending on maintenance taskEvening, weekend, and holiday shifts required to support venue operations and eventsDrive Shack is committed to equal opportunity in the workplace, preventing discrimination and harassment, including sexual misconduct, based on legally protected diversity characteristics (such as race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, family status, citizenship, genetic information and veteran status) in its application and hiring processes and in its employment decisions.
