The ideal candidate will have the technical skills required to maintain facilities and properties and be capable of handling a variety of tasks, including general repairs, construction, and other facility-related duties.Responsibilities:Complete all work orders, including routine and emergency maintenance, for assigned buildings, and manage the electronic work order systemPerform hands-on repairs at assigned locations, including light carpentry and general repairsConduct routine inspections of all assigned buildings, ensuring adherence to maintenance policies and compliance with regulatory requirementsParticipate in special building projects as directed by the supervisorBe part of a 10-week on-call rotation for nights and weekends (once every 10 weeks) to address emergencies as neededQualifications:Requires a High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 3 years working in general maintenanceValid Massachusetts drivers licenseGeneral contractor's license/trade experience strongly preferredSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm (40 hours)Annual Salary$65,000 - $85,000 USDAt Eliot, we are committed to supporting you at every stage of your career, providing opportunities for growth, purpose, and community.
