Facility Services Assistant - 32569We are currently looking for a Full Time Facility Services Assistant to join our CSFS Facility Services Unit 4 team located at the Information Technology working 9:00AM-6:00PM - Mo Tu We Th Fr.Summary: Performs any combination of cleaning tasks for assigned areas and facilities to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.Responsibilities:Cleans assigned area - Cleans and sweeps floors - Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms - May empty ash trays - Disposes of trash - May clean exterior areas such as parking lots and sidewalks - Aligns seats close to machines in gaming areasSweeps, mops, dusts, vacuums and performs basic cleaning and janitorial proceduresDusts, polishes, and cleans furniture in common areas and other areas as requestedCleans windows, doors, mirrors, glass partitions, baseboards, jambs, trim and walls, maintain sanitization of restrooms, empty and clean waste receptaclesMixes various cleaning agents and use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfacesMaintains equipment and materials used to fulfill tasks and replenish supplies and keep simple records of work performed and materials usedUses safe and sanitary work practices when cleaning facilities and using cleaning chemicalsProvides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiencyCompletes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunitiesWorks in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types - Maintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environment - Maintains and promotes professionalism - Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics - Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standardsMaintains knowledge of and follows all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines for assigned areaPerforms all other duties as assignedCompetencies: Essential:Able to follow instructions, both written and oralAble to adhere to all scheduling and attendance requirementsHonesty, truthfulness, reliability, accountabilityAble to read, understand, apply, and retain knowledge of Chickasaw Nation, departmental, divisional and all other rules, regulations, policies, procedures and guidelinesUnderstand Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)Able to verbally communicate in a professional and positive manner with other team members, departments, guests and managementKeeps written recordsSkills: Essential:Vacuum cleaner, basic equipment, knowledge carpet careJanitorial equipment and suppliesExperience: Essential:No prior experience requiredEducation: Essential:High School, GED or EquivalentCredentials: Essential:Pass general background checkStandard Driver's LicenseGaming license or permit as required by assigned positionWorking Conditions: Essential:VibrationCommercial and residential vacuumPotential exposure to biohazardsPotential exposure to cleaning fluids and solventsRisk of electrical shockPotential exposure to fumesPass pre-employment drug testGlovesFrequently bend, kneel, stoop, push, reachHand-eye coordination, reach and graspManual dexterityConstantly lift and or carry up to 10 lbsFrequently lift and or carry up to 25 lbsSometimes lift and or carry up to 50 lbsModerately strenuous workStanding up to 100% of shiftVisual acuity for detail, distance, color, depth perceptionWalking up to 100% of shiftNonessential:May work where cigarette smoking occursMay work in loud or noisy areasNoisyMoving mechanical partsSometimes work at heightsTraining:It is the responsibility of each employee to attend required training for their position or profession as determined by their line of support (LOS) or the leadership of the Chickasaw Nation.
