Facility Project ManagerPhiladelphia, PA, United States$ 64.00 - 65.00 (US Dollar)Facility Project Manager needs 6+ years experienceFacility Project Manager requires:Facility project management experienceContract management experienceFacility Project Manager duties:Craft, evaluate, negotiate, and execute a wide variety of different contracts covering a range of transactions.Understand the contract terms and conditions and customer expectations at a detailed level and taking ownership for outcomes.Solve any contract-related problems that may arise with other parties.Manage contract disputesReview and proactively establish required procedures and training personnel to consistently meet and exceed the performance expectations of the customer in the most safe and cost-effective manner.Create and maintain relationships with suppliers and serve as the singular point of contact for matters concerning contracts.Maintain records for correspondence and documentation in relation to established contracts and those in progress.Communicate and present information to stakeholders about all contract-related matters.Monitor contracts and submit relief, compensation, and or extension requests.Work closely with the customer to ensure alignment with contract requirements and operational policies.Prepare and submit all applicable governmental approvals required under any applicable laws; and preparation and submission of operational reports that may be required under the terms of the agreement.
