Records conditions of systems each shift from direct observation.
Systems include, but are not limited to compressed dry air, cooling towers, boilers, fire pumps, emergency generators, bulk gases, ultra-pure water, chillers, vacuum, commercial water, commercial power, waste neutralization, bulk chemical distribution.Assists in the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the facility. This activity is performed at the same time as the monitoring time spent in control room.Responds to maintenance service requests and completes assigned preventive maintenance activities.Required QualificationsHigh School Diploma2 years in a semiconductor facilities environment or similarExperience following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Experience using Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs) and making adjustments to equipment operating parameters.Other related functions as assigned.Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.Preferred QualificationsAssociate or bachelor's degree2 years' experience with BAS or SCADA control systems.4 years' experience in a semiconductor facilities environment.Salary RangeTIE pays industry-competitive salaries.Working ConditionsEnvironmental Demands:Work occurs inside and outside in all seasons.
