Facility OperatorAs a Facility Operator, you are responsible for the safe, efficient, and customer-focused daily operations of waste treatment, oil treatment, and water injection. This role actively contributes to standard operating procedures, hazard assessments, safety programs, and environmental protection initiatives. Given the high level of customer interaction, strong communication skills and a commitment to exceptional service are essential.This position is located at our Keene facility.The wage for this role starts at $28.15+, with eligibility for additional allowances.A Day in The LifeResponsible and accountable for the day-to-day operation of the facilityResponsible for truck unloading, oil emulsion and water & vac trucksResponsible for tank treating and processing waste streamsParticipating in waste processing, waste and mud tank operation, shaker & centrifuge operations and solids treatingResponsible and accountable for the receipt, terminal storage and transportation of crude oil while adhering to Measurement & Crude Oil Quality complianceManaging ongoing water injection, filter changing and pump maintenanceConducting treatment of solids on the waste padConducting boiler operations, testing and steam system operationsEnsuring that all corporate compliance programs are adhered toSubmitting truck tickets summary, daily plant checklists, and balance and transfers to the officeParticipates in the Health & Safety Management System (HSMS)Waste plant operation (ensuring solids processing is meeting or exceeding landfill criteria and solids testing)Following water injection SOP's and best practices to protect the disposal well integrityGeneral maintenance, ensure that the plant is kept clean and safeSkills, Experience & QualificationsA High School Diploma, General Education Diploma or equivalentOperational experience in waste processing, oil treating or water injection is considered a strong assetSpecialty training in boilers, treaters, pumps (all), repairs, shaker/centrifuge and loaders is considered an assetCurrent and valid safety tickets, including H2S Alive, First Aid Level One C, Confined Space Entry, WHIMS and TDGA strong attention to detail, communication skills with the ability to work long hours in a mentally and physically demanding work environmentMust be able to document their work, perform and manage cross shift communication and ensure strategic communication with multiple stakeholdersMust be able to multi-task and demonstrate excellent decision-making skills with the ability to troubleshoot issuesMust demonstrate excellent customer service skills and safe work practicesA valid and acceptable Driver's license and successful completion of Pre-employment testingWhat's in it for youAt SECURE, we prioritize growth and improvement for our employees, customers, partners, and communities.
