DutiesHelpConducts a continuous facilities management program which includes supervisory operation, maintenance, repair and upkeep of building, structures, utility systems and grounds.Recommends programs to assure utilization of buildings, structures, utility systems, equipment and facilities to meet the needs of clinic operation and program requirements.Responsible for planning and implementing the multi-faceted hospital safety program designed to furnish quality health care to patients and to protect health care providers and visitors from harm.Conducts periodic reviews of programs and physical environment of the facility to determine compliance with recognized standards and to recommend means of correction.Serves as the Emergency Preparedness Coordinator and keeps current the Emergency Preparedness, and Fire and Emergency Response Plans.
