Job TitleDuties and Responsibilities:Comply & enforce the policies, procedures and regulations of DOL, DOH and other regulatory bodies as well as Roseland WaterparkPresent oneself in a professional manner at all timesConduct slide inspections, notify Park Management of any abnormalities and make appropriate repairs as neededPerform pump and motor maintenance and up-keep as needed, communicate any major repairs needed to managementAssist with chemical maintenance. Maintaining water levels and quality as neededOrder all chemicals, supplies, and equipment as neededControl and maintain levels of chemicals in pools and water systems in parkRecord readings and data of pools, tanks, and water levelsKeep inventory of all chemicals and supplies and orders inventory and equipmentMaintain levels within the health standards and comply with all health regulationsResponsible for spring start-up and winterization processesPerform over-all repairs for electrical and plumbing projectsTrack inventory of tools and equipment, notify management of any missing itemsPerform all general building and grounds repairs and preservations necessaryGeneral maintenance of park such as lawn maintenance, landscaping, trash removal etc.Help with general "housekeeping" in maintenance shop and all other areas of the park and maintain OSHA complianceWilling to follow direction of park management on all jobsResponsible for the safety of all guests and staffQualifications:18 years of age or older and prior work experienceExperience with the use and repair of mechanical and landscaping equipment such as lawn mowers, string trimmers, backpack blowers, etc.Previous experience in building repair and paintingGeneral knowledge of plumbing and electricalFamiliarity with pool operations, pumps, motors, and chemicalsMust be self-motivated and able to work independentlyMust be able to work with others in a professional manner to accomplish the goals of Roseland Waterpark as well as guest safety and satisfactionMust be able to lift in excess of 50lbs.Must have weekend availability and flexible weekday availabilityHours:Hours of employment are dependent on business demands
