Poly6 is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to support our advanced aerospace manufacturing operations on 2nd shift. In this hands-on role, you will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on production equipment, facility systems, and utilities to minimize downtime and ensure a safe, reliable environment. You’ll partner closely with engineers, operators, and R&D teams to install and qualify new equipment, document maintenance activities, and drive continuous improvement.
This position requires strong mechanical and basic electrical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, quality, and fast-paced problem solving.
