Facility Maintenance Planner

Working remotely, the full-time Facility Maintenance Planner will manage the planning, scheduling, and coordination of maintenance activities using a CMMS, ensuring efficient operations and collaboration among technicians and management. Key responsibilities Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance work orders to optimize workload against labor availability Maintain the integrity of the asset database by tracking asset information and documentation Serve as the main liaison between facility technicians, management, and third-party service partners regarding work execution and scheduling changes Required qualifications High school diploma or GED A minimum of 5 years of experience in facility maintenance operations, including work planning and scheduling Experience using CMMS systems to manage work for internal teams and third-party service providers Extensive knowledge of building systems across multiple disciplines
