Role Description The Facility Maintenance role is a full-time, on-site position based in Arlington, TN. This role is responsible for maintaining the facility’s infrastructure, equipment, and building systems to support safe, efficient, and uninterrupted manufacturing operations. Day-to-day tasks include keeping Facility clean, performing routine inspections, completing preventive maintenance on facility systems, and responding to repair requests in a timely manner. The role involves general building upkeep such as plumbing repairs, carpentry work, minor electrical tasks, and basic HVAC support in coordination with specialized vendors when needed. The Facility Maintenance team member will also help maintain safety standards, document maintenance activities, and collaborate with operations staff to prioritize and resolve facility issues.
