Facility Float Pool RN – (Part-Time)

We are seeking a Facility Float Pool RN to provide patient care utilizing the nursing process and professional standards.
In this role, you will coordinate care with other departments, ensure patient rights and confidentiality, and maintain accountability within the scope of nursing practice.
Responsibilities include delivering compassionate, quality care aligned with organizational values, standards, and ethical guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a variety of clinical settings within the float pool.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient treatment plans.
• Maintain documentation and uphold patient confidentiality.
• Adhere to professional, ethical, and institutional guidelines and standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of 1 year of recent acute care nursing experience preferred.
• Graduate of an approved nursing program and hold a current RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks required for nursing duties.
