Responsibilities
- Safely transport residents to and from the facility and other destinations as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, adhering to all regulatory requirements and company policies
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, staff, and the general public
- Manage and prioritize routes and schedules to ensure efficient and timely delivery of services
- Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including logs and reports
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless support and communication
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Clean Motor Vehicle Report
- 25+years or older, per insurance carrier requirements
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
