Confidential Search: Facility Director — Substance Abuse Treatment
Location: Four Corners region, Northwest New Mexico
Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 base + Bonus

Are you an experienced healthcare leader ready to run a facility that changes lives? We are conducting a confidential search for a Facility Director to lead a substance abuse treatment center providing short-term residential, detox, and outpatient services.
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree required — Master’s preferred
3+ years as a Facility Administrator or in healthcare leadership
5+ years managing substance use treatment services preferred
Inpatient or outpatient detox experience highly preferred
In This Role, You Will:
- Lead daily operations across residential, detox, and outpatient programs
- Oversee staffing, budgeting, and facility performance
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards
- Build and support a strong clinical and operational team
- Drive program growth and quality of care
