We know that tomorrow's requirements are today's opportunities, and we are here to design lasting solutions for pressing challenges.Job Summary - Facility Design Project ManagerThe Project Manager will develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget, leading the development of design plans in collaboration with engineering teams. You will identify and mitigate project risks and coordination issue, lead multi-discipline project teams, including engineers, designers, and subconsultants and effectively communicate with clients, staff, management, and other stakeholders.Responsibilities:Project Planning and Development:Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budgetLead the development of design plans in collaboration with engineering teamsIdentify and mitigate project risks and coordination issuesMaintain project schedules and requirementsTeam Leadership:Lead multi-discipline project teams, including engineers, designers, and subconsultantsProvide mentorship and guidance to team membersEffectively communicate with clients, staff, management, and other stakeholdersClient Management:Build and maintain strong relationships as the primary contact for Owners and clientsManage client expectations and ensure client satisfactionResponsible for design-build pursuits in collaboration with contractor partnersContract Administration & Financial Management:Ensure compliance and delivery of project contracts, including scope, requirements, and submittalsManage subcontractor relationships and performanceMonitor project costs and ensure adherence to budgets and deadlinesQuality Assurance:Execute quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet design and construction standardsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in facilities design fields, including electrical, mechanical, or telecommunications.3-5 years' experience in either facilities design or construction project managementPMP not required, however willingness to obtain one within one-year of start date is a plusStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client deadlinesDetail-oriented team player with the ability to contribute to a positive work environmentMust be a US Citizen - Visa Sponsorship is not available for this roleLocation: In Office – Charlotte, NCCompensation and Benefits:Compensation: $80-100K /year compensation is determined based on experience and other factors.Benefits:This role is also eligible for performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive U.S.
