The role requires strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesEnsuring all projects are completed efficiently and safelyMaintenance and repair of facilities and equipmentProvide scheduled and emergency/unscheduled repairsCommunication with managementOversight & Install/repair: HVAC systems, cabinets, partitions, shelves, drop ceilings, floors, doors, locks, faucets, water heaters, lighting, and related itemsComply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areasOperating and Maintaining Shop EquipmentOperating heavy machinery, such as forklifts, overhead cranes, and manlifts is a plusVisit job sites daily to document and ensure the quality, safety, and progress of the workCommunicating project progress, status, and potential issues to stakeholders and leadershipImplementing and maintaining agile project management methodologies throughout the project lifecyclePerform additional job duties as assignedQualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
