And you will be responsible for maintaining building systems, responding to maintenance requests, supporting utilities, and ensuring smooth facility operations.Responsibilities:Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systemsSupport building utilities and lab operationsRespond to work orders and facility alarmsMaintain maintenance logs and CMMS documentationCoordinate with outside vendors and service providersSupport GMP and laboratory environmentsQualifications:4+ years of facilities maintenance experienceExperience in biotech, pharmaceutical, GMP, or lab environments preferredKnowledge of HVAC, building utilities, and maintenance systemsExperience with CMMS/BMS systems such as Siemens Desigo preferredStrong troubleshooting and communication skillsIf interested, please send us your updated resume at /
