As a Facilities Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining our buildings, equipment, and workspaces. Working closely with the Facilities Manager, you will perform a variety of hands-on maintenance tasks to ensure our facility remains safe, functional, and compliant.Who We Are: Buck Company LLC, located in Quarryville, Pennsylvania, is a family-owned foundry dedicated to melding tradition with precision.

Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.What You'll Do:Assist the Facilities Manager with daily facility and maintenance activitiesPerform minor plumbing repairs and maintenance as neededComplete general carpentry work in office and foundry areasRepair and finish drywall; perform painting and patching as requiredInstall lighting fixtures and assist with basic electrical tasks (as qualified)Assemble and install office furniture and fixturesPerform routine facility maintenance, including floor patching and general repairsMaintain compliance with company safety policies, procedures, and quality standardsSupport a clean, organized, and safe working environmentWhat We're Looking For:We are seeking a motivated, self-directed professional who takes pride in their work and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.Required Skills and Abilities:High school diploma or equivalent requiredAbility to understand and follow written and verbal instructionsStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervisionClear and effective communication skills with team members and leadershipAbility to safely perform essential job functions in accordance with Buck Company safety policiesReliable, regular, and punctual attendancePreferred Qualifications:3+ years of experience in facility maintenance or a related tradeBasic electrical experienceExperience working in an industrial or manufacturing environmentWhat We Offer:Medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your familyCompetitive salary401K retirement planTraining opportunitiesPaid vacation, PTO, and holidaysGym reimbursements, and more!Join us and be a part of a team that values your contributions and supports your goals!
