As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and operational integrity of our employee housing and company-owned properties in Odessa, Texas.Position SummaryThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the functionality and safety of company-managed residential units. This hands-on role involves a variety of routine and emergency maintenance tasks with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance, including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repairsConduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues proactivelyRespond promptly and professionally to maintenance requestsRepair and install major appliances (e.g., stoves, refrigerators, washers, dryers)Conduct minor carpentry work, including interior and exterior doors, drywall repairs, and paintingMaintain pool operations (CPO certification preferred)Support HVAC maintenance and repairs (Certification required)Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policiesQualifications3–5 years of hands-on apartment or facility maintenance experienceIn-depth knowledge of general maintenance repair and servicesExperience with PEX piping systemsHVAC Certification requiredPool certification is a plusStrong leadership and problem-solving skillsAbility to lift up to 40 lbs.
