Facilities Technician IIMansfield, TX-76063 6+ months Onsite Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am- 4pm Interview: 1 round with 2 interviewers, ZoomResponsibilities will include:Repairing and making improvements to building and infrastructureSupporting and maintaining fire protection systemsMaintaining the distribution center's HVAC systemMaintaining and repairing distribution center rackingMetal and wood fabrications, including weldingRepairing and maintaining material handling equipmentRepairing and maintaining building pneumatic systemMaintaining automated conveyor systemCompleting preventative maintenance routines, documentation and proceduresTracking and storing the department's inventory, including spare partsSupporting continuous improvement in department and DCPhysical Demands:Repetitive bending, crouching, kneeling, reaching, twisting, sitting, standing, and walkingLifting parts and tools weighing on average 20 pounds, occasionally weighing up to 80 poundsDexterity in eye/hand coordination, feet (foot pedals), manual (picking, pinching, holding, grasping), and wrist motion (repetitive flexion/rotation)Working conditions may include small spaces, dust, fumes/odors, hot/cold temperatures, inside/outside noise, vibration, standing on concrete for long hours and wet or uneven surfacesOperation Support & Customer Service:Promoting and conduct good house-keeping practicesFlexibility with work hours and days.
