Facilities Technician IIMansfield, TX-76063 6+ months Onsite Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am- 4pm Interview: 1 round with 2 interviewers, ZoomResponsibilities will include:Repairing and making improvements to building and infrastructureSupporting and maintaining fire protection systemsMaintaining the distribution center's HVAC systemMaintaining and repairing distribution center rackingMetal and wood fabrications, including weldingRepairing and maintaining material handling equipmentRepairing and maintaining building pneumatic systemMaintaining automated conveyor systemCompleting preventative maintenance routines, documentation and proceduresTracking and storing the department's inventory, including spare partsSupporting continuous improvement in department and DCPhysical Demands:Repetitive bending, crouching, kneeling, reaching, twisting, sitting, standing, and walkingLifting parts and tools weighing on average 20 pounds, occasionally weighing up to 80 poundsDexterity in eye/hand coordination, feet (foot pedals), manual (picking, pinching, holding, grasping), and wrist motion (repetitive flexion/rotation)Working conditions may include small spaces, dust, fumes/odors, hot/cold temperatures, inside/outside noise, vibration, standing on concrete for long hours and wet or uneven surfacesOperation Support & Customer Service:Promoting and conduct good house-keeping practicesFlexibility with work hours and days. (24 hours a day, 7 days a week operation, including holidays)Position is required to be on-call on a rotating basis, including holidays and weekendsDedicated to supporting production by working in a safe, customer focused mannerMust be highly self-motivated and customer-centricBasic Qualifications:Experience and proficiency in the following areas:Automated conveyor systems and controlsElectrical and electronic principlesBlueprint and electrical schematic readingRepair of material handling equipmentHVAC maintenance and repairPreventative maintenance proceduresHigh school diploma or equivalentPreferred Qualifications:Ability to multi-task and prioritize many different projects and workloadAbility to work successfully with little supervisionAbility to communicate effectively, (written and verbally) with peers, management, contractors and vendorsDegree from a vocational school or college with a focus in the Mechanical or Electrical field4+ years apprenticeship or equivalent experience in the Mechanical or Electrical fieldTop 3 Must Have:Electrical experienceHVAC experienceOSHANoce to have: Data center experienceYears of Experience 1-2 years of experienceDegree/ Certification Requirements: Degree from a vocational school or college with a focus in the Mechanical or Electrical field
