Maintenance TechnicianIn this role, you will have the opportunity to: Responsibilities may include the repair, maintenance, installation and enhancement of machinery and mechanical equipment, electrical, plumbing, and/or HVAC. Facility inspections and/or equipment condition assessments, repair work and replacements/capital improvements. Serve as a lead in supervising activities of a small staff.The essential requirements of the job include: 3+ years experience with general maintenance responsibilities Experience with electrical or mechanical repairs It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Facilities Maintenance Manufacturing environment Vocational, associate, or related educational studies Moving Furniture, Physical demands: able to move 25 lbs and heavier.
