Responsibilities for Facilities Technician (HVAC Specialist):
- Manage electrical equipment, plumbing systems, mechanical systems, building management system and building repairs
- Maintain and order office supplies
- Responsible for janitorial services
- Maintain and operate all HVAC systems and associated equipment
- Ensure conference rooms and office spaces are maintained
- Work with power tools, plumbing and electricity
- Coordinate with departments and vendors regarding firm needs and repairs
- Manage equipment and supply needs, especially related to appliances, office equipment, HVAC or climate control systems, security systems, and other xhqgsiq systems as appropriate
Qualifications for Facilities Technician (HVAC Specialist):
- 3+ years of facilities experience; law firm preferred
- Trade certification preferred
- Understanding of HVAC
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail
