SUMMARY The Facilities Technician performs preventative and general maintenance tasks, installations, general cleaning, and other tasks as assigned.Deliver internal and external guest service in accordance with company service standardsPerforms all duties in a polite, professional, and responsible mannerPerform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and dry wall repairsPerform maintenance, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and repairs as directedComplete ready repairs such as cabinet installations, restroom fixture repair, lighting fixture replacements etcInspect and adjust property equipment as necessaryCollaborate with other Facilities Team Members and Departments on tasks and projectsAssist in the installation or relocation of equipment and property furnitureUses hand tools and power tools in making maintenance repairsParticipates in general cleaning, painting, and repair workPerform exterior maintenance, snow removal and salting as necessaryAttend departmental and company meetingsAdheres to all safety procedures and keeps work area clean of debrisBRING US YOUR BEST.Must be 21 years of ageAbility to maintain a safe and clean work environmentBasic computer skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook)Available to work required schedule which may include night, weekends, holidays, and overtime as neededMust have a high school diploma or equivalent2-3 years maintenance experience specializing in skills related to carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical, roofing or HVAC preferredValid driver's licenseSTAY IN THE GAME.
