Facilities Technician (HVAC)
Location: Richmond, VA
Pay Range: $30-$40/hr DOE
Adecco is seeking an experienced Facilities Technician with strong commercial HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience for a healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair commercial HVAC systems
- Perform general building and facilities maintenance
- Troubleshoot mechanical and building system issues
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors
- Support multiple local facilities
Requirements:
- 3+ years of commercial HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
- Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Professional communication skills
- Valid driver's license
Preferred:
- Healthcare, hospital, or medical facility experience
- Experience with building automation systems (BAS)
- 5+ years of commercial or industrial facilities maintenance experience
