Division Information PACCAR's Information Technology Division (ITD), located in Renton, WA utilizes cutting-edge technology to provide systems development, consulting, voice and data communications services to the entire Corporation, which has high visibility in the technology sector.Job Functions / ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot, perform repairs and maintenance workEnsure building systems and associated equipment operate reliablyAssist internal departments with moving of furnishings and modular office systemsMonitor and coordinate work performed by outside contractorsSuggest methods to improve services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of facility tenantsSet up for office events and meetingsProvide support for Data Center and Network Operations CenterFire panel troubleshootingOversee repairs performed by third party vendorsOther duties as assignedQualificationsBasic Qualifications:1+ years of experience working in custodial and other facility maintenance work.1+ year of customer facing experienceValid Washington State Driver's License and excellent driving record required.Must be able to move and/or lift equipment (up to 50 pounds), climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.The workspace for this position is located in the Facilities area.

The role requires the individual to engage in frequent sitting and walking. Must be available to work "on-call" 24 hours/day for emergencies.
