Seeking a full-time, fully remote Facilities Operations Director, this role will manage multiple Federal Operations & Maintenance contract portfolios, ensuring compliance, performance, and risk management while mentoring Project Managers and driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Oversee performance and compliance of assigned O&M contracts, integrating quality principles into operations Supervise and develop Project Managers, promoting proactive planning and effective delegation Maintain operational governance through structured reviews and enforce consistent documentation practices Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 10-12 years of progressive facilities operations experience, including federal O&M contract oversight Strong understanding of federal contracting performance, compliance, and quality requirements Proven ability to lead and coach multi-disciplinary teams U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance preferred
