Frontida is seeking a Maintenance Director to oversee facility maintenance, safety and security across our homes and corporate office. The role requires proactive problem solving, after-hours availability and clear communication with the Executive Directors, Regional Facilities Director and other leaders.
The Maintenance Director will manage projects, monitor budgets, track repairs, and ensure 100% compliance with life-safety requirements.
