This position combines hands-on facility management with strategic coordination, offering you the opportunity to work with cutting-edge building systems while developing strong client relationships. You'll be at the center of maintaining exceptional workplace environments that enhance productivity and create positive experiences for everyone who enters our facilities.What Your Day-To-Day Will Look LikeContinuously monitor facility operations and coordinate with property managers on routine management tasksPlan, coordinate, and oversee maintenance activities while managing vendor relationships and logisticsProvide facility-specific support to project management teams and handle small facility management assignmentsCoordinate special events, meeting reservations, and conference room scheduling for clients and JLL teamsServe as the primary interface with clients, visitors, and guests while ensuring exceptional customer follow-upManage procurement of property supplies and services while escorting vendors through facilitiesCreate and customize administrative reports using Excel to track facility performance and operationsRequired Qualifications3+ years of experience in Facilities or Property AdministrationTechnical knowledge of facility repairs, HVAC systems, and Fire Life Safety systems.High School diploma or GEDSuperior customer service skills with client-focused orientationProficiency in Excel spreadsheets with ability to customize administrative reportsU.S. Citizenship, clean driving record, and valid driver's licenseAbility to work independently while managing multiple prioritiesPreferred QualificationsStrong planning and time management skills with ability to work under constraintsProficiency in MS Office Suite with strong written and verbal communication abilitiesCollaborative working style with excellent organizational skillsExperience multitasking in fast-paced facility environmentsKnowledge of building operations and maintenance scheduling systemsThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
