City-Wide Night ManagerCity Wide provides building maintenance services to commercial properties and is seeking a manager to oversee buildings in a territory, manage service providers, and work with the account manager on resolving customer issues.As a City-Wide Night Manager, you will develop and maintain productive working relationships with service providers, communicate with the account manager about any issues that need immediate attention, make recommendations of service providers for work assignments, and inspect buildings. In the buildings you oversee, you will be responsible for inspecting, organizing, managing, and maintaining records and inventories.Essential functionsDaily job responsibilities/functions to include, but not limited to:Visits/inspects all buildings on a rotating basis to ensure cleaning is up to City Wide standardsCommunicates policies and procedures to in-house employees and independent contractors (IC)Conducts proper safety training to in-house employees and ICsTrains on proper cleaning techniques to in-house employeesPartners with ICs to train on City Wide cleaning techniquesActs as a liaison between independent contractor and FSMAdheres to the Client Complaint Policy (physically verify, when possible)Reports to FSM details of nightly inspectionsVerifies all building checklists are being followedSends nightly report to FSM recapping areas of opportunity, employee issues, etc.Maintains location key boxSupports New StartsPartners with independent contractor crews and conducts random building inspectionsCommunicates any building maintenance issues to FSMIdentifies NBJS (non-basic janitorial services) opportunities and reports them to FSMRemains current with online trainingTravel requiredUses timekeeping system to record hoursReports any work-related injuriesPreferred qualificationsDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environmentExcellent communication skillsEnergetic, hard-working, dependable, and detail-orientedPrevious management experience
