To support the United States Antarctic Program, the full-time Facilities Material Analyst will coordinate material acquisition, manage procurement activities, and ensure timely delivery of materials to McMurdo, South Pole, and Palmer facilities. Key responsibilities Collaborate with engineers and technical staff to assess procurement needs and draft accurate documents in Maximo Monitor procurement request statuses, follow up with material planners, and address receiving discrepancies Manage facilities inventory and recommend replenishment quantities to ensure operational efficiency Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience with 2-4 years in procurement US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Minimum four years of office experience with strong attention to detail and data analysis skills Advanced knowledge of databases and spreadsheets with excellent data entry abilities
