Facilities Manager – Public Campus & Park Operations

Esplanade Association (EA) seeks an experienced, hands-on Facilities Manager to lead daily operations for the Smith Family Pavilion at Charlesbank, EA’s year-round public campus serving millions of Esplanade visitors. You will oversee HVAC, MEP, security, and maintenance, coordinating vendors and staff to keep the pavilion and campus safe, clean, and high-performing for programs, rentals, and daily use.
