JCO Workforce Solutions is recruiting a hands-on Facilities Manager for a confidential client. This position combines practical maintenance work with vendor coordination and responsibility for keeping office and operational spaces safe, organized, and ready for daily use.
Responsibilities
- Plan routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
- Troubleshoot building systems and coordinate specialized service when needed.
- Complete minor repairs, painting, patching, and hardware installation.
- Oversee outside contractors, service agreements, quotes, invoices, and maintenance requests.
- Improve workspace organization, storage, and facility layouts.
- Maintain service records and support workplace safety requirements.
- Respond to urgent facility issues and coordinate timely resolution.
Qualifications
- At least five years of relevant facilities, maintenance, or building operations experience.
- Practical repair skills and confidence using hand and power tools.
- Experience coordinating vendors and using maintenance tracking systems.
- Ability to interpret drawings and take accurate measurements.
- OSHA 30 certification.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Experience in industrial or warehouse settings, English/Spanish fluency, and a related bachelor’s degree are preferred.
