Job Description
- Research, launch and maintain Facilities work order management system
- Maintain strong vendor relationships with both vendors and internal departments
- Develop and coordinate and process purchase orders, invoices/expenses
- Screen all facility vendors to ensure licensing, bonding and insurance
- Manage relationships with Property Managers, General Contractors, Consultants
All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management Services, or related field
- 5-10 years facilities restaurant experience is a MUST
- Experience with Facilities Work Order Management Systems and an intranet platform
- Knowledge of facilities, operations, construction, contract service agreements and financial principles
- Expereince with restaurant specific facilities Carrigo, OfficeTrax, ServiceChannel, and Facilities Solution
- Travel required 15% - 20% of the time
