You'll play a key role in budget management, maintenance coordination, and ensuring seamless facility operations while maintaining high standards of customer service across client locations.Your day-to-day tasks will include:Assist with budgetary requests, analysis, reporting, and supporting facility-specific cost savings targetsReceive and dispatch work requests to technical staff, vendors, and service providersResolve building service issues including janitorial, parking, vending, elevators and conference roomsCoordinate and schedule maintenance activities while overseeing delivery of repair servicesInterface with property occupants and provide support for guests, visitors, and employeesDevelop monthly/quarterly variance reporting on operating budgets for each propertySource local services and goods through third-party suppliers, including contract writing and vendor setupManage existing contracts and coordinate with vendors on performance criteria and reviewsCollaborate with sourcing teams on national and regional supplier opportunitiesDesired experience and technical skills:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in facilities management or property management2+ years of facilities or property management experience in corporate environment, third party service provider, or as a consultantProven record of client service with ability to establish credibility with clients, facilities teams, vendors, and contractorsExcellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and management skillsComputer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)After hours, on-call availability for emergenciesPreferred:Knowledge of commercial real estate, building operations and systems, accounting, project management, and vendor managementExperience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.Estimated compensation for this position:110,000.00 – 125,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
