And we do all we can for patients, going the extra mile to see that they're supported, informed and getting the one-on-one care and service they deserve.Job Description:Work location: Northern NJCORE RESPONSIBILITIESConducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.Handling basic office repairs and maintenance.Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.Responding to maintenance service requests.Repairing/assembling office equipment, furniture, as necessary.Assist with relocations, office openings, and shuttling equipment/supplies between locations.REQUIREMENTSBasic knowledge of electric, plumbing, painting, and general product assembly.Knowledge of the safe use of hand and power tools.Basic troubleshooting skills of general office repairs and MaintenanceStrong organizational and follow-up skills.Attention to detail & proactive.Professional presentation and attitude.Ability to maintain focus while working individually and understand when to ask for assistance.Strong time management skills.Driver's License/clean driving recordORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPReports into the Operations Department.QUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma, general education degree (GED), or technical college degreeMust have a valid driver's license.Subject to background check/ drug screening.Pay Range: $30/hr - $32/hrPay Transparency: The above reflects the anticipated pay range for this position.
