This hands-on role performs preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry issues, and responding to work orders and emergencies across multiple sites. The Tech conducts routine inspections, coordinates vendor services, and maintains tools and inventory while following OSHA and LSS safety standards.
