Facilities Maintenance TechnicianThe Facilities Maintenance Technician supports day-to-day upkeep and repair for our REMS and Secure Storage properties. We have full-time and part-time roles available at the locations listed above. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and supporting a variety of property needs.
Duties include:Performing general building maintenance, repairs and improvements such as painting, structural and minor roof repairApartment turn-over, HVAC, minor electrical, plumbing, appliance installation/removal, and emergency maintenanceProviding grounds maintenance, including but not limited to: landscaping, exterior building maintenance, and snow removalMaintaining streets and common areas of the propertySafely operate a truck to transport materialsCommunicating effectively and professionally with all residents and coworkers while working in a team environmentWhat experience and skills do I need to be successful?A diverse and well-rounded skill set with the ability to support multiple maintenance functionsExperience providing maintenance services for rental properties, storage facilities, or similar is highly desiredStrong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work both independently and with team membersValid driver's license and ability to travel between properties as neededGreat Perks and Benefits:Some major perks we offer are long-term job stability, work-life balance to support raising a family, and significant opportunity to grow your career within the company.
