This position operates on a 2-2-3 schedule, 12 hour shifts.Job ResponsibilitiesRead SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and excerpts from technical documentationEnsure proper documentation practices during maintenance processesPerform preventative (scheduled) and corrective/emergency (unscheduled) maintenance of equipment, systems, and/or facilities without supervisionConduct troubleshooting activitiesGather, organize, and communicate operational information to othersParticipate in spill control, handling of hazardous materials, and first aidUse CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document all maintenance activitiesIdentify temporary and permanent fixes to address issuesMonitor equipment and/or systems for performance and problem indicatorsRead, understand, and comply with cGMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), including general safety, and lock out tag outReport process deviations when they occurWear gowning, and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as required by specific activities including; fall protection harness, safely googles, chemical resistant coverall, and chemical resistant gloves as neededMonitor and analyze Facilities equipment performancePerform, in order of priority, work required in response to process equipment requests received through the Work Request SystemRead and interpret diagrams, drawings, and other schematicsRecommend and initiate activities to ensure area and equipment is maintained in a state of compliancePerform infrared, vibration, pressure, superheat, and subcooling readingsPerform daily Facility equipment checksMonitor building management alarm system and respond appropriatelyPull necessary parts to complete a work order or ticketProvide input on the engineering of replacement partsMinimum RequirementsExperience maintaining Facilities systems including building fire systems, plumbing, lighting, HVAC, Boilers, Chillers, air handlers, humidifiers and air dryers.Strong communication skills, written and verbalWater PurificationIndustrial Maintenance CertificationUniversal Section 608 HVAC LicenseElectrical/Electronics CertificationInfrared, Vibration, Ultrasound CertificationElectrical, HVAC/Refrigeration, Pipe Fitting, or Fire Alarm Journeyman LicenseAutomated Material HandlingPreferred BackgroundHigh school diploma or equivalent and certification in a skilled trade (electrical, boiler operations, etc.)Associate's degree in a technical discipline desirable2 Years experience with building fire systems, plumbing, lighting, HVAC equipment (boilers, chillers, cooling towers, air handlers, humidifiers, and air dryers), low voltage electrical systems, emergency diesel generators.Relevant skilled trades training or certificatesPrior experience with CMMSResilience is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
