This exciting opportunity is perfect for a detail-oriented, skilled problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.A day in the life as a Facilities Maintenance Technician II...Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical problems related to all material handling equipment and the facility building, including automated conveyor systemsTroubleshoot and resolve systematic and physical and robotic issuesTroubleshoot and repair three ply printer issuesOperates all types of material handling tools in order to perform maintenance and repairOversees outside service providers for necessary repairs when independent contractors are requiredExecutes preventative maintenance on the facility and equipment as requiredResponds and closes out work orders for the facilityMaintains the maintenance shop and work areas in a clean, safe & organized conditionParticipates in ongoing training regarding technology upgrades and new systems applicable to the positionPerforms all job tasks assigned by the department leadership staff to achieve and maintain daily productivity and quality goalsWhat you'll bring to the table...Possess good troubleshooting skillsPossess good electrical, mechanical, carpentry skillsAbility to interpret blueprints and schematic drawingsAbility to work under time constraintsAbility to work on PCL, other sensor and scanning devicesGHS (Global Harmonized System for Hazardous Waste) knowledgeGood communication skills, and attention to detailAbility to work in a team environmentAbility to certify on powered industrial equipmentPossess a complete understanding of training and communication resources relevant to the positionMaintains an awareness of loss prevention, security and safety following the guidelines as outlined in the Company Code of Conduct and Associate Policy manualsBasic English Language proficiencyWe'd love to hear from you if you have...3+ years of experience with automated conveyor systems and controls3+ years of experience in repair of material handling equipmentDegree from vocational school or college, with a focus in the Mechanical or Electrical field, or equivalent experienceEuromarket Designs, Inc., which does business as Crate and Barrel and CB2, will be referred to as "the Company".
