Additionally, the Maintenance Tech II/III maintains communication with end-user(s) and various levels of the Leadership Team.Position Responsibilities:Install electrical wiring, conduits, boxes, etcInstall air lines and their associated componentsTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and pneumatic problems as they arisePerform Preventative Maintenance (PM) tasks for facilities assets (buildings, HVACs, compressors, fire alarm systems, etc.) per PM scheduleMove furniture, repair and paint sheetrock, install lighting fixtures, replace HVAC filters, and other tasks as neededPrioritize tasks and follow established work instructions and proceduresWork well under minimal supervisionCommunicate with external contractors and vendors to resolve issues related the health of Dover's assets.Adhere closely to safety protocol and all EHS guidelinesSupport the 6S methodologyQualification Requirements:High school diploma or equivalentAt least five (5) years of experience in a similar functionElectrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and plumbing troubleshooting experienceGeneral upkeep of plumbing, sheetrock, fire alarms, compressors, and HVAC systems.Ability to read electrical and pneumatic schematicsWorking knowledge in 110-220 VAC single-phase and 208-480VAC three-phase electrical systemsMust be able to communicate clearly and conciselyMust be able to use a PC to track work orders and communicate with internal and external customersMust have the ability to perform the following tasks (training may be provided if applicable): Operate industrial equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, high-reach boom and scissor liftsAble to stand and/or walk continuously for the duration of the shiftAble to lift up to 40 lbs. continuouslyAble to work at heights of 20 feet or higherWork Arrangement: OnsiteBonus Eligible: This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.We consider several job-related, non-discriminatory factors when determining the pay rate for a position, including, but not limited to, the position's responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, a candidate's education/training, the position's location, and the key skills needed for the position.
