Facilities Maintenance TechnicianEverett, WAUp to $30/hourAbout the RoleWe're looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support a multifamily portfolio in the Everett area. This role is hands-on and independent—you'll be traveling between properties, completing apartment turns, handling appliance repairs, and helping keep the community looking its best day to day. This is a great fit for someone who takes pride in high-quality, detailed work.What You'll DoComplete full apartment turns independently from start to finishDiagnose and repair appliancesHandle daily grounds work, including heavy pressure washing in spring/summerMaintain cleanliness of common areas (entryways, hallways, etc.)Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance tasksRespond to work orders using mobile/electronic systemsCoordinate with vendors and manage supplies/inventoryPerform routine inspections to ensure quality and safetyParticipate in an on-call rotation for after-hours needsWhat We're Looking For2+ years of residential property maintenance experienceProven ability to complete apartment turns on your ownStrong appliance repair and troubleshooting skillsComfortable working on grounds and outdoor upkeepDetail-oriented—you take pride in doing the job rightSelf-starter who can work independently but asks questions when neededStrong customer-focused mindsetAdditional DetailsMust live within ~ 20 minutes of Everett for on-call responseWill transition to a Tuesday–Saturday schedule after trainingAbility to lift and move up to 70 lbs and operate basic equipment (scissor lifts, forklifts, etc.)Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Everett, WA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
