At Live Nation Entertainment, our people embrace these qualities, so if this sounds like you then please read on!We are seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician to support our outdoor venue on a seasonal, as-needed basis during the summer months. This role is ideal for a skilled tradesperson or facilities professional looking to pick up flexible, part-time work without a fixed weekly schedule.The technician will handle small to mid-scale repair and improvement projects that are currently outsourced to contractors. Work will be assigned on a project or call-in basis, depending on venue needs.This role will do the following:Replace and repair deck boards and other exterior wood structuresMend and reinforce wooden fences and gatesRepair parking lot wire barriers and related hardwarePerform small concrete repairs (patching, minor forming, surface repairs)Mount and install hardware, signage, brackets, and fixturesPerform general facilities repairs as needed (minor carpentry, basic metal work, light demolition)Identify potential maintenance issues and recommend solutionsMaintain a safe, clean, and organized work areaCoordinate with venue management regarding project timelines and prioritiesThis person will bring the following:Prior experience in facilities maintenance, construction, or skilled tradesStrong working knowledge of carpentry, basic concrete work, and general repairsAbility to safely use hand tools and power toolsComfortable working outdoors in summer conditionsSelf-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervisionReliable, punctual, and responsive when called for workMust be able to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasksEqual Employment OpportunityWe aspire to build teams that reflect and support the fans and artists we serve.
