Facilities Maintenance TechnicianKI, a world class supplier of innovative and award-winning furniture solutions for business, educational, and healthcare environments, is seeking a full-time Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our Green Bay manufacturing facility on our 1st shift. A $1.00/hour raise is also given within the first year of employment.This position maintains the facilities by maintaining an orderly clean environment. In addition this position also supplies support by building crates and other wooden needs for shipping of product.Daily Production Activities:Be able to maintain an orderly and clean environment.Attention to detailConduct general housekeeping and cleaning duties such as sweeping floors, cleaning restrooms, taking out garbage, leading recycling efforts, snow removal, and general dustingAbility to follow work instructionsMinimum Requirements:High School Diploma or EquivalentValue Added Skills:Mechanically inclined with previous manufacturing experience, but not requiredTeam PlayerComputer knowledgeWillingness to learnAbility to train on any shiftPositive AttitudePhysical Requirements:Working in areas where it can get warmWorking in a smoke free environmentActivities including standing, walking, lifting, twisting and bendingAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Willingness to assist in any given area of the plant if your area is slowShift:This is a 1st shift positionHours are 6am – 2pm Monday - FridayOvertime during busy seasonKI offers a welcoming work culture with competitive benefits for eligible employees.
