If you have experience in facilities maintenance in a manufacturing/industrial setting, please apply today!NO Apartment Complex or Commercial Facilities Techs - ONLY those with experience in manufacturing/industrial facilities maintenance will be considered.Hours: M-F, 7 AM - 3:30 PMPay: $35+/hourQualificationsIndustrial facilities maintenance: 3 years (Required)Ability to shovel snow, drive a small tractor and a plow truckSkilled tradesman with 10 years of experience and training in general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, etc.Proven ability to read and interpret sketches, drawings, diagrams, and blueprintsPossess competent knowledge of the use and care of tools and equipment used in facility and ground maintenanceThe ability to stand, kneel, lift up to 50 lbs, and work at heights and in confined spaces is requiredResponsibilitiesRepair and or coordinate the repairs of buildings and installed systems to include: plumbing systems (sinks, toilets, and faucets, clearing obstructions from water and sewer lines), electrical systems, kitchen equipment, roofs, drains, shop, grounds equipment, and HVACClean, lubricate, and service a wide variety of pumps, valves, pneumatic controls, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic devicesOperate, maintain and repair a variety of mechanical tools, equipment and various hand tools required for carpentry, plumbing, and maintenance skillsConduct general maintenance tasks such as changing filters, replacing light bulbs, checking fire extinguishers and emergency lightsInspect and troubleshoot equipment and systemsLight weeding, collecting trash, snow removal at employee entrances, etcDrive a company vehicle to pick up local equipmentEnsure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of necessary equipmentKeep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and conditionComplete invoices and weekly reports as requiredReplace and repair building finishes such as ceiling tiles, door hardware, wall paint and floorsTroubleshoot, evaluate, and make recommendations to upgrade maintenance operations and/or implement savings opportunitiesRespond immediately to emergency situations and customer service requests as assignedInspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions, preventative maintenance, etcComply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and Company directives as related to building operations and practice safe work habitsBenefitsMedical – We pay 90% of weekly premiums for employeesDisability insuranceLife insurancePaid Time Off401(k) with Company matchCompany paid holidaysDental insuranceVision insuranceReferral programRetirement planTuition reimbursement
