We encourage you to step beyond your comfort zone, offering resources and flexibility to foster your professional and personal growth, all while valuing your unique contributions.As a Facilities Maintenance Planner that supports manufacturing and facility infrastructure at the Glasgow, DE Siemens Healthineers Site, you will be part of a team that works together to solve complex problems, install new equipment and support existing equipment to keep a world-class manufacturing site supplying the world with product.Key Responsibilities:Work with vendors to identify, specify and order necessary parts for maintenance and repair jobs.Schedule maintenance (proactive, preventative, corrective) activities with vendors and coordinate planned downtime with impacted stakeholders.Generate, complete and track work orders within SAP system.Support equipment decommissioning and installs.Maintain a safe work environment, comply with OSHA policies, and support safety initiatives.Completing electronic logs and utilizing Good Documentation Practices (GDP).Reading and understanding of schematics, drawings and wiring diagrams.Track needed KPI's for internal and external customers.Working with cross functional teams providing project and process support as needed.Physical & Work EnvironmentThis role involves working across the Glasgow, Delaware site.
You should be comfortable wearing proper PPE where required.RequirementsHigh school diploma or GEDExperience with Lean business systems and methodologies such as TPM, 5S and Standard Work.3-5 Years experience working in a manufacturing environmentFamiliarity with facility Infrastructure EquipmentPosition will require occasional overtime and rotating on-call supportThe base pay range for this position is:$71,180 - $97,878Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan.
