You'll be:Coordinating with the Facilities Supervisor/Lead to complete day-to-day work ordersPerforming custodial duties including emptying trash, mopping restrooms, replenishing paper products, and vacuuming offices and high traffic areasMaintaining janitorial supply inventory throughout the facilityConducting basic repair and maintenance of production equipmentAdhering to preventative maintenance programs and schedulesResponding to facility emergencies as needed and operating tools and equipment to complete assigned workPerforming minor landscaping and hardscaping on exterior groundsAssisting with line and office moves in coordination with the Facilities TeamEnsuring cleanliness and good housekeeping practices around work areasUsing manned lifts and eight-foot step ladders as needed (lift training required)This job might be an outstanding fit if you:Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (required)Possess 1+ years of experience in facilities, maintenance, or housekeeping roles (required)Hold or are able to obtain forklift and scissor lift certifications (preferred)Have knowledge in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and painting (preferred)Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and independent problem-solving skillsHave OSHA training (preferred)Are a self-starter, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervisionExhibit good written and verbal communication skillsEnjoy working in a hands-on, team-oriented, and dynamic environmentCan prioritize and organize your workload to manage multiple tasksMaintain an excellent attendance recordMeet US Person requirements as defined in 22 CFR Part 120.15 (U.S.
