Facilities Leadership Director: Ops, Compliance & Growth

Brightli is seeking a Director of Facilities Management to lead day-to-day facility operations across owned and leased properties. You will supervise maintenance teams, manage work orders, and drive safety and regulatory compliance.

The role partners with program directors to address facility needs, oversee vendor relations, and support relocation and construction efforts, while upholding CARF standards and company goals.
