From accountants and financial analysts to internal consultants and workplace designers, the CFO Organization employs diverse individuals who work together to help make DTCC a global leader in the financial services industry.The Impact you will have in this role: This Facilities Coordinator is responsible for managing the coordination of day-to-day facility operations, furniture, fixture and equipment (FFE) repairs and maintenance in the designated office and the role incumbent is expected to be physically present in the office 5 days per week other than whilst on leave.
This position is also responsible for overseeing of outsourced facility operations staff.Your Primary Responsibilities:Oversees the operations, maintenance and testing of building plumbing, UPS, HVAC, emergency generators, electrical and fire detection/suppressions systemsSupervise cleaning staff, including execution of quality control processesCreate and track Purchase Orders along with comparing actual spend versus available budgetMonitoring of site's building monitoring systems and alarmsAssists and co-ordinates aesthetic and facilities process improvementsSupports Health & Safety a required including workplace risk assessments, water testing, & air quality testingOversight of amenities such as coffee, vending, parking, event supportSupport office services group's mail, shipping and receiving activities24/7 Response to emergency situations relating to employees and/or facilitiesSupport weekend vendor project construction work as needed, which is typically limited to no more than 1x per monthAligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriatelyPerform the duties of the site's Environmental and Energy Team maintaining DTCC's ISO 50001 and 14001 certificationsSupports space planning team and managing moves/relocationsQualifications:Minimum of 2 years of related experienceBachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred or equivalent experienceTalents Needed for Success:Ability to read architectural and engineering building drawingsProficiency with AutoCADExcellent communication & written skills and client focusAbility to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and VisioExperience with SNOW/Nuvolo Work Order System (or comparable CMMS)Strong vendor relationship management skillsThe salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
